Morning:
6:00 AM – Hotel pickup from Arusha or Karatu
8:30 AM – Arrive at Tarangire National Park gate, check in with TANAPA
9:00 AM – Begin game drive through open savannah and baobab-dotted hills
Spot elephants, giraffes, impalas, wildebeests, ostriches, and possibly predators like lions or leopards
Afternoon:
12:30 PM – Picnic lunch at Matete Picnic Site with views over the Tarangire River
